PIHA

Platypus Impact Housing Australia Limited (PIHA) is registered with the Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission (ACNC). The Australian Tax Office (ATO) has approved PIHA exemptions as a charitable enterprise limited guarantee.

​The income derived connects and supports community housing organisations to attain their goals across VIC, NSW, ACT, and QLD, and endeavours to fill gaps in community provision of housing. PIHA intends to develop affiliations with several leading government and non-government organisations that support the vision and mission of PIHA.

LEGACY

We work with Community Housing Providers to identify and source those on low and middle incomes with housing needs including those experiencing rental stress, those with insufficient deposit funds, and those struggling to service loan payments.
